Jet's Landing
Owner of Jet's Landing, Billy Gilmer, called his home Friday morning, April 10th and said, "Guess Who's Fishing Lake Secession - Casey Ashley." Casey's red Ralph Hayes Toyota truck was parked beside Jet's Landing and it's shining like a fresh caught bass. A few minutes later, Casey came in and got drinks and snacks. While there, he said that he really enjoys fishing Lake Secession when he's in the area. His largest catch at Lake Secession was about a 9 lb. bass. He encouraged everyone that fishes the lake to take care of the fish. Catch and release is the way to keep the lake stocked and ensure great fishing at Lake Secession. Casey said he values the lake and wants everyone to have a great time on the water but to preserve the fishing. He fished in Jet's Landing tournaments before going pro.
